Operating in the Global Service division, this position has overall accountability for excellent customer service for contracted account through a team of 150 onsite operational staff and managers in NSW and QLD. This is achieved through delivering a range of business services from Fleet Management, Print Services, Graphic Design, Multimedia Marketing, Digital Documentation, Mailroom Services, Warehouse Management, and Document Consultancy to corporate accounts. The National Operations Manager is located in the Global Services department in Fuji Xerox Australia. It has ultimate accountability for the financial and operational performance of all Managed Fleet and Operational Services, which is managed through a team of over 300 across Australia. Fuji Xerox Australia - Global Services is required when a customer needs a level of service above machinery and software. Global Services provides onsite staff to enable a range of services from Multi-function Device Fleet Manager, Digital Print management and operations, Mail Room services, Warehouse Management, Graphic Design services, Print Vendor management, Online Web to Print Portal provision and management, and Document Life Cycle consultancy. Global Services's main objective is the improvement of communication services in line with a customer's document communication strategy, and to provide advice and guidance for that strategy.

Reporting to various positions in GEON, from the CEO to other executive positions, this position owned the digital strategy for GEON Australia, the goal to profitably increase the digital print revenue from 2008 levels of $5M per annum to $49M per annum.

This position is responsible for creating and increasing the digital printing presence of GEON, the goal is to profitably increase the digital print revenue from 2008 levels of $5M per annum to $49M per annum. Managed the production, account management, studio, finance and office support departments. Significant achievements include:• Restructured the studio and production departments, reducing payroll cost by approximately 20% and increasing capabilities by 20%• Implemented financial controls and procedures to control outstanding debt, resolve disputes quicker, and capture some of the administrative duties previously done by client service• Installed three head of department positions and developed them to be self sufficient• Created a tender process and streamlines our print and supply vendors, resulting in a drop in external cost of 50% with an increase in speed and quality• Implements stringent forecasting procedures which increased the accuracy our revenue forecast• Created and chaired the “people” committee which soothed the process of merging with another large design company in April 2007
