During this time I've been given the opportunity to work with many amazing people both in Australia and abroad.Being part of an international airline has made me into an enthusiastic, proactive, safety-led, and a customer-focused leader. I was able to gain experience leading a diverse team, managing a network of over 3000 flight and cabin crew in a high pressured operations environment.I have had the most fun in my career when leading from the front, demonstrating core values, and have always encouraged two-way feedback so that all parties can grow.
