Having graduated from Brunel University in 2015, I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings in my capacity as a Physiotherapist. I specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in 2016, and I now practice in my current role as a band 7 MSK Physiotherapist and team lead in the NHS.I have special interests in lower limb and sports assessment and rehabilitation, as well as team and project management. I am proficient at driving change, leading on audit and service development projects, and have strong time management skills to juggle these roles alongside other routine daily tasks. I aim to lead influentially with respect to EDI. I am open to moves outside of my current profession where my skillset can be challenged. I have recently been awarded my award in senior healthcare leadership by the NHS leadership academy.
