As full-stack developer at Find Others, a justice-tech startup, my focus was in the end-to-end development, maintenance, and deployment of the web application within a small, agile team.Key Responsibilities:• Backend Development: Designing and developing high-performance and scalable backend APIs using Python with Django Rest Framework. Implementation of robust and efficient solutions to meet the application's requirements.• Frontend Development: Creating a seamless user experience through building a responsive and interactive single-page application using Vue.js. Utilizing HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript and managing the application's state with Vuex.• Database Management: Designing and implementing a reliable relational database system using PostgreSQL and the Django ORM, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.• Quality Assurance: Maintaining code quality through comprehensive unit testing with Pytest for the backend and Jest for the frontend. Conducting end-to-end testing using Cypress to validate the application's functionality.• Cloud Services: Proficient in provisioning and managing Google Cloud Platform services, such as App Engine, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Tasks, using Terraform, which ensures a scalable and robust infrastructure.• Mentorship: Contributing actively to the growth of junior team members by providing guidance and support to help them enhance their skills and reach their full potential.• Code Review: Reviewing and providing constructive feedback on pull requests, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
