I am a hard-working natural leader whose main objective is to help others achieve their goals, whether that is to better their life with education or to teach them skills to cope with challenges they face on a daily basis. My years in several different educational and healthcare roles have given me the confidence and know how to pin-point my clients’ strengths and weaknesses so that we can get to the root of their behaviors and overall health to better help them reach their goals of living the best life they can as soon and as healthily as possible. With that and my experience in management and customer service, I strive to help every team I am a part of to not only be as efficient as possible by implementing their own personal strengths for each job, but also maintaining a strong work ethic and positive work environment so that our team can better serve not only our company, but our community as well. I have developed a strong ability to delegate the employees in my care while still having the willingness to step back and take direction from my superiors, as well as being able to de-escalate situations with customers by finding ways to help them feel heard if emotions start to run high and having a smile on my face when appropriate to give them the best customer service experience I can. My past experience in childcare and education gives me the ability to train any person I have worked with to not only get the job done, but to enjoy doing it so that they can keep up the good work. Education is very important to me and I plan on going back to school as soon as possible to pursue degrees in both psychology and anthropology so that I can find ways of helping others by using my skills of thinking of things outside the box and figuring out what people need so that I can help them achieve their main objective. My biggest strengths from my experiences are my patience and a very strong understanding of why things need to be done, how to communicate that to people, and how to do them to meet and exceed the end goal.
