I am a strong strategic thinker and planner who can anticipate future challenges with a proven track record to design programs and budgets that address these issues. I execute all Public Works, Transportation, Capital and Public Facility Projects including Contracts and monitor them for State and Federal compliance. This includes the design and construction of complex surface water, road, bridge, water, sewer and public works infrastructure projects. Including the complex permitting processes to accomplish all projects. I managed the County’s natural resources including annual timber harvesting. This has been a direct benefit to the general fund of the County. I am responsible for the development and creation of 5 departments’ budgets. I created the County’s Public Works Strategic and Annual Plans. I oversee all Capital Projects from design to completion including the request for bids or request for proposal processes. I am responsible for maintaining the public works maintenance management system. I maintain accurate documentation to assist during state and federal audits. I am responsible for weekly reporting to the Executive and Legislative Authority. I coordinate with Federal, State, Cities, Tribes and stakeholders on a continuous basis for multi-level projects, grants, support, partnerships and compliance.I recently served at the National Incident Command Post in Pend Oreille County for the Kanisku Fire Complex as a National Incident Responder.
