As a hospitality student at Glion Institute of Higher Education, I am passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and learning from the best in the industry. I am pursuing a degree in International Hospitality Management, with a focus on hospitality administration and management.I have gained valuable hands-on experience as a concierge intern at Jumeirah al Naseem in Dubai, where I assisted guests with their requests, reservations, recommendations, and travel arrangements. I also worked as a casual F&B assistant at Hilton Brighton Metropole, where I provided friendly and efficient service to customers. I have developed strong skills in guest services, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, as well as a keen attention to detail and cultural awareness.
