- Responsible for start-up and management of Celly Services, Inc.- Provide environmental compliance and Illness & Injury Prevention Program (IIPP) services to clients in California, Arizona, Washington, Idaho, Hawaii, and Nevada.- Develop new annual programs for clients to achieve compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.- Provide guidance to clients by tracking emerging issues in environmental compliance, industrial hygiene, safety, and employee training.- Develop and implement programs for clients to achieve and maintain compliance with OSHA's hazard assessment and Respiratory Protection Program, Illness and Injury Prevention Program, and hazard communication requirements.- Prepare annual emission inventory reports for clients, assist clients to comply with environmental reporting requirements, and represent clients in public hearings.

- Responsible for start-up, management, and growth of Southern California office to provide environmental compliance and industrial hygiene services to clients in Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, and Washington.- Aggressively expanded the services and increased staff to four engineers with annual billable revenues of over $1 million.- Developed new programs for clients based on emerging issues and provided assistance to achieve compliance with environmental regulations, occupational health, safety, and employee training requirements.- Developed and implemented programs to achieve compliance with OSHA requirements for hazard assessment, respiratory protection, injury and illness prevention, and hazard communication.- Prepared annual emission inventories and toxic hot spots reports for clients.
