My responsibilities cut across all aspects of the business, including: organising briefings with parliamentarians, industry leaders, and prominent journalists on issues pertinent to clients; monitoring specific 'news beats' and updating clients on all relevant developments; and scouting-out new business opportunities through a coordinated outreach program.Professional highlights include:- Helping to organise a London media and political itinerary for a visiting VIP, and accompanying them through Parliament in a series of meetings with MPs, Ministers, and Lords. - Liaising with foreign embassies and consulates based in London at Ambassador-level to discuss PR and ‘public diplomacy’ initiatives.- Helping to lead the media and PR efforts for a national political conference; driving coverage and coordinating messaging. - Writing a last minute speech at the request of an MP, who later presented it at our client’s launch of a new economic powerhouse. - Ghost writing OpEd’s for some of the UK’s leading outlets, including The Independent, The Telegraph, Daily Express, City A.M., and more.- Organising the lobbying efforts of 1,300 grassroots campaigners for their MPs by building a Customer Relationship Manager in Excel.

My role was to produce regular Comment Digests which summarise 10-12 opinion articles on the Middle East published that same day. This ensured Pall Mall`s UAE-based client was kept abreast of major developments in the region in an efficient and time-saving manner.

In my part-time role as Office Administrator for LA Business Recovery, an Insolvency Practitioners based in Uxbridge, I had responsibility for a range of administrative tasks that supported the smooth running of the office. I also provided support in more complex business-related tasks, such as the financial analysis of client bank statements.

After attending an assessment day in London, I was offered a position as an on-campus Brand Manager for Frontline; a national social work charity which aims to transform the lives of vulnerable people. My job was to promote the Frontline brand and graduate scheme through careers events, information stalls, leafleting, and social media promotion.

I worked part-time for an engineering design consultancy based in London, where I assisted in a variety of research and design projects. My main responsibility was helping to code a computer-based recording system in which the London Borough of Ealing`s traffic system could be mapped out.
