BPO Industry was the fastest growing Industry in early 2K's which made me to re-train myself. Went deeper to the industry irrespective of the Position. Started with scratch and acquired key Learnig Attributes in the field of ITES.Worked with Technical Support then to Core Customer Support then to Quality Auditing then to even Employee relations.Worked in various industry functions Technology, Sales, Insurance, and HR.I am introduced to Automation and RPA and this is helping me to re skill myself. Over all a much needed experience irrespecyive of postions.
