Partner with senior management to understand and advise on a variety of Human Capital and people challenges:- Develop and cascade an effective and balanced performance & rewards framework using KPIs / OKRs- Advise newly set up companies to identify key talents and develop targeted Long Term Incentive (LTI) or variable pay strategies to attract, retain and incentivize employees to drive immediate operationalization and business success- Advise on compliance against HKMA or HK Insurance Authority corporate governance standards- Conduct pre-transaction due diligence by reviewing workforce arrangements, compensation & benefits (C&B) arrangements, and potential liabilities for buyer while advising on the post-transaction implementation priorities- During the annual salary review, to benchmark market competitiveness of employee C&B packages and propose remuneration adjustments and increments

- Manage end-to-end annual salary survey production and act as the main point of contact for client inquiries. - Train clients on survey methodology, Mercer IPE framework and online reporting tool. - Analyze market data, develop trends & insights, and present findings to more than 500 clients at the annual survey gathering.
