Technical support for Vierendeel Truss precasting operations and design for CBGUJV on the Cross River Rail Project

Secondment to Klabella Solutions to provide technical assistance to the West Gate Tunnel Project Temporary Works Coordination team (Z400) & Precast Yard facility in Benalla.

West Gate Tunnel Project - South Portal Inbound Cut and Cover Structure- Design of piles foundations, composite deck girders, walls and slabs for the cut and cover.- Coordination work to assist the package lead.

Part time secondment to Klabella Solutions to provide technical assistance to Wind Tower Technologies (WTT) for the setup of a precast yard facility producing vertically match-cast reinforced concrete segments.

Part time technical assistance to the Level Crossing Removal Project - Caulfield to Dandenong (LCRP-CTD) up to the completion of the Area 1 Superstructure erection.

Level Crossing Removal Project - Caulfield to Dandenong - Area 1 Superstructure- 6.2km of box girder viaduct to elevate train tracks using a Straddle carrier to achieve a span by span installation.- Technical interface between the project and the designers of the Straddle Carrier & Launching Beam used to erect the 430t precast Spans onto the piers.- Review, Approval & sign off of the span erection sequence drawings (~8 technical drawings per span x 174 spans). Temporary work designer for a Launching Gantry on the Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macau bridge- Design checks for an existing self-launching Gantry made of two twin Trusses (165m long x 6m high) & its equipment. - Design of new components for the Gantry from concept to fabrication drawings.- The Gantry successfully erected the segments in the airport channel of the HZMB Project.
