North Asia Regional C&B Head
* Independently created C&B Framework and pay structures in North Asia in 2017, developed more complicated processes including pricings & hiring offers, compensation actions & approvals, international assignment issues, award & recognition process, sales incentives, key talent retention, bonus & long term incentive plan, etc. On top of that, I was helping corporate C&B team to initiate brand new unified pay system in 2018.* Design and implement employee benefits programs (core + flexible benefits) by reviewing existing benefits in line with business objectives. * Responsible for ALL HR Process/Policy Design and important changes, in North Asia Region to ensure HR best practices and alignment to Corporate guidelines and the country labor and fiscal laws.* Provide expert consultation and guidance for business needs with respect to matters (headcount/cost budget, performance development, support country HRBP dealing employee relation and conflicts).* Together with the Country/Cluster/Department Managers, define the people management skills needed to reach the business targets, and provide performance related training to cover the gaps discovered.* In charge of HR due diligence for company acquisition (Red and Brown projects), research, plan and intervene in M/A activities, so as to promote the transformation and integration of new organization.* Help to create HR Share Service Center and to streamline work flows.
