• Analyzed results and spectra from FTIR, DSC, TGA, SEM, EDS, ICP-OES and Optical Microscope complete the jobs mentioned above,
• Studied and provided advice on compatibilities across different components (plastics, rubber, adhesives, greases) and different environmental conditions (chemicals and temperature),

• Negotiated policies and contracts with vendors to achieve optimal pricing and consistent availability of materials and participated in the annual price review of resin pigments,
• Suggested establishing an in-house paint sample mixing workshop to reduce sample cost and delivery time and worked with the Production Department to replace glue with low-cost alternatives,
• Worked with the QA Department to establish a supplier certification program for paints, glues and lubricants suppliers to ensure safety compliance.
