in the position of general manager I ran many different sections of the company. Mymain responsibilities were running and maintaining the online shop and taking care of the staff's needs. I would produce sales orders, sales invoices, purchase orders through Sage software. I ran weekly production meetings with my staff to maintain stock levels of all products we produced as well as maintaing ingredients stock levels we needed to produce our products and all packaging, utensils and labels needed to fulfill orders and monthly stock targets.I had to work with couriers daily to negotiate the best prices and maintain baseline pricing. I would catch up withour customers on a regular basic to make sure we fulfilled their requirements.

I started work at Isaac Lord as a multi drop driver and then an opening became available for a warehouse operative / trade counter assistant and due to myprevious experience in warehousing and on trade counters they offered me first refusal. I accepted and soon became one of the senior warehouse members. While I worked there the company was combining two buildings into one which meantcombining two warehouses into one which I was given part responsibility for and that entailed reorganising the entirety of the warehouse. That meant dismantling partsof the warehouse in stages and relocating and rezoning all that stock recounting all the stockand updating its location and stock levels on the computer system. Once the relocation was achieved my day to day was picking and packing orders organisinggoods in and out stock counts keeping the warehouse tidy and tending to customers on the trade counter. In October 2018 I got my licence to operate a counterbalanceforklift.
