I start to prepare for that.)The last few years in taiwan beside the regular job, i learn to run the limited budget to do more marketing/branding and even some CSR, cooperate with the similer industry like Pfizer and Abbort, even different industry ~bank and car company like CHB bank and Lexus.Data: Terumo ear thermometer(home model+professional model) started from thousands units a year 2001, after years working hard, 2009 we sold 240k units in a whole year , three times more than Braun ear thermometer. (2009 the whole taiwan market is around 350k units a year, and in that year new born baby only have 185k )Terumo high end blood pressure monitor also become the Omron(world no1) biggest competitor in taiwan.
