• Define best practice processes, advise colleagues as to how best practice might be adopted, document those processes as they are agreed and oversee their delivery. • Responsible for the management and successful delivery of programmes of strategic importance to client organisations. • Provision of timely and comprehensive progress reports, the communication of programme risks and issues. • Lead business development opportunities to secure additional revenue for the CSU.• Accountable for the efficient utilisation of resources on client facing programmes and projects and this will also include responsibility for the delivery of a contribution to the CSU's P&L. • Exposure to key internal and external stakeholders up to Board level. Including attending CCG Board Meetings to report progress on significant programmes and projects and to influence the resolution of any critical issues threatening successful delivery. • Responsible for providing professional expertise to the outcome of the business processes for the Department or Directorate.
