Current• Lead creative design and execution of the brand vision and ensure that concept, art direction and design are on-brand and on-strategy.• Deliver integrated campaigns that balance brand story with marketing initiatives across website, social, email, blog, advertising, and print.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a proficient, positive, and productive manner.• Motivate and mentor a team of graphic designers, content creators, UX/UI designers, web developers, and social media managers.• Oversee internal/external communications including press releases, emails, visual presentations, tradeshow materials, and events.• Video Production - write, produce, shoot, and edit video content, as well as manage all production with outside agencies.
