Designing and managing multiple projects in the residential and commercial sectors, from the early feasibility and concept stages through to developing technical design packages of information and assisting with on-site queries, contract administration and as-built information.

I was involved in all stages of development from early analysis of sites, the development of designs, from concepts into the submission of planning applications and finally the production of building regulation drawings. I worked on Adobe Illustrator producing graphic plans, Microstation to produce general setting out plans, sections and detail drawings and Photoshop for marketing material. I also attended site and sub-consultants meetings and undertook calculated and qualitative building surveys.Projects in which I was heavily involved with were Llyn Brenig Visitor Centre, Moel Famau Jubilee tower and a Cruck Framed barn in Aldford. I helped prepare competition documents for Llyn Brenig and saw it through to snagging and finally its handover. Moel Famau, I joined the project post-feasibility stage and saw it through to completion and attended the opening ceremony. In Aldford I prepared initial designs during a placement with Chester Renaissance and continued with the project within TACP Architects Ltd. Alongside my role as an architectural assistant, I also developed marketing material for website updates, marketing brochures, helped improve their quality management system, provided IT support in the daily running of the practice and provided support for work experience students within the practice.
