Been working in the wind energy sector for over 8 years. Worked several different roles in this period, from production operative working with lay up on glass fibre mats and resin infusions and repair work to process coordinator where I was responsible for ensuring a small team hit production times and quality standards to my current role of quality technician where my responsibilities include ensuring the part is built to specifications, inspecting parts post infusion to ensure standards have been met and identifying any repairs that may have occurred. I am a hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated individual with a proven track record in delivering results. I enjoy working as part of a team to achieve goals and targets while remaining flexible enough to work on my own initiative when required to. My employment history has provided me with skills such as Construction and team-building within teams, which I have demonstrated whilst working on various different projects. This experience has also developed and reinforced my ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently whilst remaining calm under pressure
