After 2.5 years I moved into a support role for our International group. During this experience I supported teams across 3 different continents providing support to our OUS sellers and marketers.Financial Analyst - IBU• Executed IBU financial consolidations for all brands and markets and led monthly reviews with leadership.• Developed models to create 2022 revenue targets for international hubs through extrapolating product level trends and adjusting for expected pricing movements. As a Capital Markets Intern I had the responsibility of performing daily reports to enable my team to determine pricing and MSR values. To perform my daily responsibilities I utilized both Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL. During my time at Stonegate I also had the duties of evaluating delinquency rates for the Capital Markets team to determine if there were regions with irregularities compared to the peer data. Throughout the summer I also worked the Finance department to evaluate employee efficiency at their retail offices.

As a Sales Assistant at Arbor Homes I had the responsibility of assisting new home customers in various decisions. I helped them determine an appropriate price range for their house, assisted them in their selecting housing options, and guided them through the color scheme selection process.
