For the past three years, I have helped enterprise clients with their CX programs to improve loyalty and increase operational efficiencies. Before this, I worked for a full-service digital marketing, technology and consulting firm called HeBS Digital. I sold a suite of products including a proprietary digital experience platform that combined content, commerce and data. I also sold custom website design, MarTech, content marketing, ongoing SEO consulting, performance marketing services, analytics and cloud hosting. In short, I helped brands engage and connect with customers across their digital channels. I managed a team of two while responsible for an annual quota of $1M. I achieved 95% of quota over 10 years. My average deal size was $100K. Private equity acquired the company in 2016, merged it with a CRM company and rebranded. I recently enrolled in NYU's Certificate for Fundraising to learn about non-profits.
