My typical day consisted of Trimming fat off the plate of the cow, and making sure 'chinese ribs' were cut to perfection and the fat was trimmed off so there was just enough, however not too little. I enjoyed the physical aspect of the job, however the repetive strain took its toll eventually, and I put my physical health first before the job.

Everdays different and throws a new challenge at me. Loving life!days differ from busy to relaxed, the challenge is to rise to ur challenges.

Attending the pool and other facilities throughout the centre. And doing coaching during holidays periods. I also give info to the public on healthy lifestyle and initiatives to get fit within the community.

I worked At a Primary school in Lancashire, as a TA in class supporting the teacher in all subjects, and doing activities with smaller groups (early intervention) to improve their physical needs such balancing and fine motor.I also did Sport coaching roles at dinner times and after school clubs ranging from Football, to Tennis. I was therefore familiar with risk assessments and other formal documentation.

I worked both on the shop floor and warehouse throughout the week and weekend. My roles included helping customers with any queries they may have, working behind the tils and looking after and organising the Next online delivery. I also helped on any work that needed doing in the warehouse with goods in, and repleneshing the shop floor.
