- Manage and continuously evaluate all US approved vendors to provide quality parts and maintain on time deliveries with minimal nonconformance's. - Collaborated directly with US and Canada Manufacturing and Rapid Tool Development, to source and procure degradable, aluminum and carbon raw materials for all in-house machining. - Source and procure carbon and exotic materials, premium connections, heat treating, coatings and welding per Packers Plus specifications. - Sourced and monitored all US outsourcing of machining capacity for finished machined parts for both US & Canada Manufacturing and Packers Plus Rapid Tool Development group. - Source and procure raw materials for all Packers Plus product lines, including liner hangers, swellable packers and all degradable products. - Maintained cost reduction, expediting, new vendor setup, vendor management / review, MRP, RFQ’s, NCR review.- Successfully performed all duties remotely for 12 months, during the 2020 pandemic.
