Created training material for users of in-house data querying software Xbar, becoming a subject matter expert for the software. • Service delivery lead for a project to migrate commercial real estate investment data from a legacy database and other storage environments to a new integrated database with new data definitions, requirements, features and processes whilst at MSCI. Assessing the impact of new data requirements on client reporting.• Managed a client facing Service Desk at Real Estate ESG Consultancy Evora. Supporting the in-house reporting platform SIERA. Performing 1st line root-cause investigation of issues, including configuration issues, API problems, actioning access requests, investigating bugs, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure fixes were tested and deployed.
