My responsibilities included hiring and managing staff members, managing the allotted budget, supervising study sessions and communicating with the coaching staffs of all the Idaho State University athletics teams. In addition to coordinating the study hall, I also worked closely with the Assistant Director of Athletics for Academics and Director of Football Academics evaluating potential recruit transcripts, meeting with recruits on campus visits, and advising undergraduate athletes concerning courses, degree plans, conflict management and other duties as assigned.
