* Assists in ensuring that our store operates efficiently and achieves our shortage goals* Analyze shortage results and partner with APM to formulate and implement effective preventative action plans* Manage and monitor internal and external case productivity and recoveries* Assist APM with managing payroll expense* Conducts internal and external theft investigations through use of systems and surveillance* Develop a positive partnership with all Executives and Associates to make shortage awareness a priority* Work with Asset Protection Manager to train, motivate and develop AP team to reach their fullest potential and to maximize business opportunities* Audit compliance to store security standards (exits, alarm tests, equipment) and Rules and Policies that effect the protection of company assets

* Contribute to overall shortage reduction* Recover assets drive external and internal apprehensions - Ensure compliance with company apprehension guidelines* Audit compliance to physical security standards (EAS, leather locks, doors, etc.)* Assist and conduct internal investigations at the direction of the LPM/RLPM* Conduct Training for associates on LP standards and policies* Participate and Lead in Inventory process* Serve as support to store management to ensure safe work environment (aggressive customers or workplace violence)* Audit compliance to store security standards (exits, alarm tests, equipment)

* Ran and Maintained KUKA packaging robot and surrounding machinery. * Changed and adjusted machinery to run new product. * Inspected finished product, labeled boxes and used Electric Pallet jacks to move pallets into the warehouse for shipment. * Helped achieve company goals by supporting and training production workers.
