• Provide technical expertise/consultancy and field support to customers wishing to use integrated shipping solutions.• Keeping up to date with new technology to ensure an optimum service offering to our customers.• Provide pre-sales consultancy and support Account Managers as part of Sales negotiations.• Ensures solutions are assembled in accordance with DHL target architecture blueprint, relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices.
