I am a former professional motorcycle racer from Waterlooville, I've raced in the British Supersport Championship 2014-2016 and British Superstock Championship 2017-2018 & British Superbike in 2019.I currently work at PGS Garage Services as a service advisor. My key roles are welcoming customers, listening to customers about their vehicle problems, communicating with customers, parts suppliers & vehicle technicians. I have extensive multi vehicle knowledge. I manage & run the workshop day to day ensuring each staff member has a clear understanding of each job. Upselling to customers. Managing the diary to ensure we have the correct amount of work in each day. I deal with customer complaints and ensure the customer is satisfied with the outcome. I also create estimates using Autowork online for vehicle repairs using the required parts etc for each job. I have meticulous attention to detail. I have also implemented a vehicle health check system at my current job to enable myself and others to upsell tyres, brakes etc. I have a level 3 extended diploma in sports development, coaching and fitness and have previous experience in coaching novice motorcycle racers at the BMCRC race school & Ron Haslam race school, under 12s football with a local school and working with clients in a local gym.I'm very ambitious and driven to reach any goals I set myself, I have great relationship building skills and great communication skills. I am a confident person and enjoy challenging myself.
