At my time at heatable I got stuck into all aspects of the solar and battery side of the business, Idealt with customers ensuring satisfaction and fulfilling their needs. I dealt with customer queries recommending steps to resolution as-well as accommodation customer needs. Whilst there i also shadowed project management and solar design and sales, from this i learnt professional communications skills and design skills on software such as Pylon where solar systems are designed and prepared. I had the pleasure of sitting in team development meetings and got a chance to listen and learn to collaborate on projects and improve the workplace environment by helping one another out within a team.
