This included multiple major new client wins and multi-tasking key strategic opportunities; • Driving the success of the Australian business as part of the Australian leadership team.• Working with external stakeholders including legal panel and expert advisors to implement recommended changes to the organisation. • Deliver the financial KPI's for the business including revenue and profit goals including by the successful negotiation of customer contracts and key terms. • Oversee the maintenance of precedent contracts that support sales and customer initiatives. Proactively develop improvements to contracts as opportunities or issues arise; maintain company documents in a secure yet accessible manner;• Manage educational sessions for internal staff;• Identify risks to the company and develop/implement solutions to mitigate them.

Starting as the State Lead in Victoria of the Commonwealth Bank's LGBTI & Allies Diversity group 'Unity' I was promoted to the Steering Committee and made the National Lead of the Champion Network primarily in Australia but also with our office in Hong Kong, New York, London, Singapore in June 2015.I am responsible for building relationships and promoting engagement with the Unity Champions throughout Australia.
