- Organized a one-day workshop and panel session to address the labor shortage of historic trades workers in the Gulf South.- Performed research on the topic and completed CITI Training and Internal Review Board submittal for a survey of students and apprentices of the trades in the Gulf South region.- Wrote a white paper in conjunction with the workshop to encourage conversation and document new findings.- Acted as a moderator during the event, asking panelists questions and leading the audience and panelists throughout the day.

- Worked under HSFF staff to conserve and restore structures in northern New Mexico, including buildings at El Ranchos de Las Golondrinas living history museum, the Randall Davey Audubon Center & Sanctuary, and the El Zaguán historic compound.

- Performed bartending duties along with planning public events, managing private events, and generating social media content.

- Managed the Cheyenne Historic Preservation Board, with duties such as leading virtual/hybrid meetings; coordinating outreach; representation at public meetings and media interviews; and developing/ tracking a budget.- Served as representative on multiple boards and committees, providing grant funds for numerous business restoration and improvement projects.- Created content for web pages/press releases; crafted educational materials for the public; and wrote grants which were awarded $40,000.- Improved the development application process by creating user-friendly virtual forms for an efficient, paper-free procedure.- Established internal activities and programs, such as an “Employee of the Month” program, to encourage employee engagement and motivation.- Championed water conservation and historic preservation issues by creating and presenting educational materials to both external partners and the general public.- Led a working group to obtain community feedback shaping equitable affordable housing policies and helping stakeholders overcome barriers.
