Customer Service Interacting with hundreds of customers per day. Assisting customers and answering questions about the menu and products we served. Drink-crafting to high-end café standards. Maintaining the automatic grinder to ensure a consistent espresso pull. Steam milk to a consistent temperature. Pouring milk and creating basic latte art. Training new employees. Depending on experience level, I coached them through every component of their job. This included operating the POS system, cleaning procedures, and drink recipes.

Teaching fellowship program offered by a nationwide organization. Offered primarily to prospective and potentially prospective secondary education teachers. Received lessons on contemporary teaching methods and a community-based curriculum. Those teachings were applied to lesson plans I created and presented to middle school students in a classroom setting five days a week for two months. Lesson plans detailed agendas from start to finish including Tutored students after school hours daily. This included homework help, general academic assistance, and personal advisement.
