Bryant Fixings Ltd is a family run business that has been active for over 30 years In Horsham West Sussex. A few of my day to day duties include:*Online & Offline SalesResponsibility for dealing with both customers on the shop floor and processing online orders; including scheduling and shipping them out.*Stock ControlInventory Management; including stock taking and ordering additional stock from suppliers. *Social Media Marketing & EngagementSpearheading my organisations efforts to get their messages out clearly, concisely and accurately. Through my writing, editing and social media management I ensure the correct target audience is reached with sharp, meaningful and relevant information. *Supplier ManagementLiaising with widely known companies such as Bosch & Hitachi regularly; this often involves a fair bit of shrewd negotiation and problem solving.*Customer CareKnown for my rational, customer-focused, approach to problem solving, I carefully analyse all the data to make the most informed decisions. This also guides my ability to put the right structures in place to support the business and customers alike.Overall I strive to assist the company grow and remain profitable to the best of my ability.

While at F.Hinds the jewellers in Horsham I handled high end sales for the store and maintained the wrist watch collection to the highest possible standard. I dealt with daily jewellery/watch repairs, the purchasing & testing of gold and managerial level duties.

While being part of Whibley's I was proud to be a representative for quality names such as Rolex, Omega & Jaeger lecoultre. I often sold items of extremely high value such as premium quality diamonds, fine art and niche hand made wrist watches. I completed my NAG-(JET 1) jewellers diploma course graded A+ which I am extremely proud of.

*Staff management including rota prep.*General running of shop including Cost/stock control.*Account management for various small and large construction firms.*Monitoring cash flow for the store.*Contacting organizations for specialist materials.I worked within team of 9 at a flagship branch that supplied tools and roofing materials based in Leatherhead. My everyday role’s included stock management, daily cost control and invoicing for account customers.

When working at Game as a key holder I regularly operated the store at least a couple of times a week, as well as other stores in the Surrey/Sussex area. For example being Game’s Redhill store as acting manager for six months. My day to day duties included planning targets and preparing staff goals as well as cashing up and banking the takings from the previous day. During my 3 years service with Game I maintained an excellent service record and completed a management course which included a National Vocational Qualification apprenticeship that lasted a year in preparation to move up within the company.
