Specialising in the estimation of piling installation tenders/bids for projects within the rail infrastructure and civil engineering sector, working within an experienced and innovative team as well as working as an individual to win key projects and establish and maintain working relationships with key clients. I continue to work positively to deliver firm and robust quotations which suit our clients requirements whilst providing value engineering opportunities where appropriate. My work priorities include the creation of bill of quantities for the preparation of invitations to tender as well as producing bills based on design assumptions from preliminary drawings. As well as this, I also work from pre-prepared documents and carry out quantity take offs from drawings. Also Experienced in leading high priority bids by enthusiastically driving operations, programming and design teams to pull together strategic and innovative tender bids.

Supervisory/management role on large scale structural steel frame projects, building student accommodation across England. Responsible for hitting key programme deadlines whilst organising the workforce, deliveries and the ordering of materials. Also acting as the lifting supervisor for the entire programmes.

Supervisory/management role on small - large new build sites, organising, fitting and remediation of window and door systems across the south of England.

Construction apprentice, working for a small building company in the south of England. During this role I was sent to college on day release to study electrical installation, whilst putting my new skills in to practice on site, as well as learning many other skills involved in domestic property development and new builds.
