I am currently the Manager of the Planning and Scheduling team at Seam Group, where I manage a team of 6 people charged with scheduling over 80 field technicians for multiple electrical safety verticals across North America. I also perform analysis on job location trends to identify the where we need to increase our staff. Previously, I worked as the Master Scheduler at Seam Group, where I manage the schedules of over 40 technicians to perform electrical safety work for clients across the United States and Canada. I also managed the client communication for the lifespan of the electrical safety project, from initial planning with the client, to final report coordination. I am a former Account Manager and Business Analyst at Stericycle Inc, where I worked on many different project within the recall market vertical. I specialized in Automotive recall management as an Account Manager for seven of the top car manufacturers in the United States. As a Business Analyst, I worked on internal platforms to help enhance the recall management process.
