I am a focused and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic, having worked in several areas with both public and private sector IT systems. Other areas include service support systems, encryption and authentication as well as administration and Mentor based duties within SLA Driven environments. I am fully competent with sage cloud50 payroll, employee on boarding. I have managed incident queues on a second line level and I have a good amount of experience within batch scheduling, alert monitoring and remote software updates and maintenance. I am competent with use of virtual machine and server admin and where required dealing with Specific system requests or changes.I have performed several roles during my previous employment in a number of areas which demonstrates that I am flexible and reliable but also proactive in rising to meet requirements.
