· Lead Engineer (EN) & Program Manager (PM) for the pilot of a 12 site retrofit program with capital of $119MM, increasing each site’s capacity by 37.5%. Coordinated mechanical and electrical installation, full permitting, and training with the onsite teams all while minimizing operational impact. Led commissioning of the new system and documented performance.· Subject Matter Expert (SME) on sorter setup; validated implementation and ensured on time deployment of sortation services for 19 new site launches and 24 retrofits. Taught new engineers the sorter setup process and created learning material for them to be self-sufficient. Repurposed existing tools for new metrics and alarms to be used cross-functionally.· Standard Work (SW) SME for the retrofit EN team; created SW processes for recurring issues, daily/weekly routines, and a playbook to minimize project misses. Led group deep dives and published surveys to gather input and honest feedback.· Onboarding mentor for an L6 manager and an L5 new hire; provided assistance and mentorship to new team members, ensuring they had support to successfully manage their first project; and participated in new employee screening for the org.

· Lead and only onsite EN for the first ever Amazon Fulfillment Center (FC) in Ottawa, Canada. Led the on schedule installation, safety, and commissioning of $15.8MM in racking storage and material handling equipment (MHE) solutions. Created and implemented phasing plan to overcome material delays and allow for utilization of the FC.· Lead EN for Amazon’s first Make on Demand site in Canada; overseeing the on time launch and commissioning of $5.8MM in printing, trimming, binding, and MHE equipment. Coordinated with vendors and the authority having jurisdiction to meet all regulatory requirements, such as an air pollution study and CUL electrical adherence on US made equipment.· Sorter setup SME for all 2019 Canada launches; reviewed the design, setup configurations, validated deployment, commissioned all onsite sorters, and deep dove metrics or any issues that arose. Work consisted of communications between the programmable logic controller, warehouse controls system, and the warehouse management system.

Managed the planning, timeline, safety, and implementation of multiple capital projects totaling over $340k; ensured projects specs were met and provided clear communication with vendors, contractors, and internal personnel.

Implemented engineering changes, choosing cost efficient solutions for issues that arose in production; used Autodesk Inventor to provide clear and concise drawings for engineers and the machine shop.
