- This role requires me to correctly identify and package the best insurance deal for the client’s needs and ensure individual requirements are met.- Working with Mapfre Asistencia to ensure all my business is written compliantly and to FCA regulations.- The main part of my job is ensuring that my product knowledge is kept up to date at all times and my sales targets are met and exceeded.- To mentor and train new employees in the skills needed to comprehensively promote new products to clients using our “buddy” system.
