Provided a safe environment for patrons at a high profile Bourbon Street bar. Ensured ATC regulations were followed by bar staff. Monitored patron activity for illegal or disruptive activity. Intervened in verbal and physical altercations and removed patrons who caused disturbances. Worked closely with NOPD when subjects violated laws and were detained for law enforcement.

Slidell, La

Supervised multiple crews in the field assigned to disaster-related tasks in St. Tammany Parish after Hurricanes Katrina & Rita. These tasks included debris removal from the public ROW, hazardous stump removal, tree cutting and limb trimming, debris removal from navigable waterways, removal of debris and trees from private property, demolition of damaged structures (C&D and RACM) and operation of numerous Temporary Debris Storage & Reduction sites. Provided a safe environment for guests and team members inside and outside of the store. Implemented company-directed safety and shortage plans and developed store-specific plans based on inventory results and local theft trends. Initiated investigations into incidents of internal and external theft and fraud. Apprehended and interviewed subjects responsible for losses. Conducted overt and covert surveillance through analog and digital systems. Installed covert cameras and performed routine maintenance on the camera systems.
