My role involved supporting individual buyers in the commercial team; assisting them to meet business KPI’s including sales budgets, waste targets and trading margins, i did this through the management of new line forms, supplier set up, supplier disputes, Bonus Income and LTA’s. I would use multiple systems to assist buying teams, during my time i built and maintaining strategic supplier relationships across multiple buying areas and i became a key contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical and Finance. I was also involved with report creation and management for the chilled prepared team along with supporting others outside of buying such as Technical, Product Development, Marketing and Suppliers. I was also included in the product development process to ensure a high standard of quality chilled prepared ranges are reaching our Co-op customers.

I was responsible for using different Co-op ordering systems to set up and manage of all lines in Co-op depots acros thes chilled and ambient network. I would generate and maintaining new supplier information provided by the commercial teams. I managed the promotional and range change schedule with adding and removing lines that Co-op stores were able to order, i was in charge of report creation and process management.

it was a brand new team set up within the Co-op to assist stores with integration of auto ordering and promotional ordering systems. it involved the creation and analysis of store reporting with trend analysis along with solving complex store queries. There was a lot of cross functional working with other teams in commercial, supply chain, data management and I.T. we managed the database to shows stores process along the upgrade timelines.

I was primarily involved in customer services which included account management, bill calculations and sales. I then completed additional training to be involved in the home move team which involved transferring peoples accounts from old addresses to their new address. i enjoyed mentoring & training so my next role within the company was to train new starters during the 8 weeks introduction, whilst i was in the different roles i built on my skills of problem solving on complex issues, data collection and statistic management.

I was a customer services advisor working in the Manchester call centre dealing with customer queries and sales. i was trained in escalation management and dealt with complaints.
