Filming Piers Morgan at #CannesLions to create his deep-fake avatar was not on this year's bingo card... but that's the nature of content and media production in 2024.I started my career at the legendary Phnom Penh Post in Cambodia before moving into magazines and world news at France 24 in Paris. Finding a niche for my journalism skills in the world of brands, I pivoted to content direction and strategy for top European companies, becoming Danone's first global head of content in 2016. With a Master's in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC under my belt, in 2018 I founded Samedi Media, a creative content & production studio for top European businesses & brands. Pernod Ricard became my anchor client, with YouTube and Instagram among my end-clients. Finding spare time in 2024 I co-founded Avant, a drinks industry production agency focused on prestige bars and brands around the world. If you need bar recommendations, I'm also the guy behind @Great_Place_To, an Instagram page featuring insider tips on the best places to drink cocktails, wine and coffee in your city, as curated by local experts.I'm not going to lie, it's been a fun couple of years...If you're a brand or business seeking to elevate your content and create stories that cut through, let's work together.
