The genomic landscape of reproductive isolation in the diatom Seminavis robusta.Using a combination of physiological, transcriptomic and genomic approaches, the goal of this project is to gain insight into the genome-wide divergence of naturally co-ocurring S. robusta populations. In the long run, we are interested in the functionalities of divergent genomic regions. These might lay at the base of the reduced reproductive compatibility between these populations.
