I aim to continually grow as a leader of excellence and change by combining the problem-solving skills developed through a bachelor of engineering, with my interpersonal skills developed through extensive leadership and management across a variety of platforms.In 2017 I completed my Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) with initial experience at Collie Power Station followed by 6 months as a graduate with ServTech Global. I also completed my final year thesis on improving local council sustainability focusing on energy, water and waste management as well as UHI effects.As a Process Engineer with ServTech Global I analyzed business processes in order to optimize and improve business efficiency and profitability, minimizing waste and costs. From there I moved to Wood, joining their Asset and Integrity Management team. Employed by Wood since May 2018, I am working alongside our client INPEX. Originally supporting the Materials and Corrosion team on the ICHTHYS LNG project, I gained extensive Meridium APM experience as well as a strong understanding of integrity and inspection management.In March 2020, I rotated into the Mechanical Static Equipment team within INPEX. This has been a great opportunity to round out my project experience, being exposed to static equipment and gaining a strong skill set in assurance and mechanical integrity management. In the role, I have implemented a new, efficient process that has drastically improved management's visibility of the integrity of the offshore PSVs and has met great success.
