Currently developing systems to bring state of the art molecular modeling software into the cloud.Previously, I worked on the design and development of a high throughput stream processing system for analyzing large volumes of security event data. In graduate school, I developed RosettaHTS, a virtual High Throughput Screening (vHTS) tool for rapidly predicting the binding affinities of drugs to proteins. RosettaHTS predicts protein-ligand interactions using a stochastic, knowledge based ligand docking algorithm based on RosettaLigand.
