I've been in the food industry for about 16 years now. I've seen a lot during my travels and learned even more. I believe that becoming a professional Sushi chef and gourmet Japanese cuisine chef has helped me bring other job insights into view. I also received my certifications as a ServSafe Instructor and proctor, so I opened another company called Elite Food Safety Training, which has also allowed me to build my reputation as well. The last achievement, which may also be more of a labor of love rather than "just work," has been the 3rd company I opened in October of 2017 to produce/manufacture my own Salsa recipe, which has gone well so far. Overall, it's been a great time within the food industry, and hopefully, it will only get better as time passes.
