• Estimation, project execution, and Testing and commissioning of BMS (Johnson controls Facility explore series controllers, Trane Tracer series) and Electrical works (mechanical equipment) with End-user requirements.• Preparation of GUI for Tridium based systems and supervisory level commissioning.• Selection of Chilled water Valves, Actuators, DDC Controllers, I/O Modules, Sensors, Switches, etc.• Preparing of submittals for engineering, operation and maintenance Manual, training activities, preparation shop drawings, control schematics, system Architecture, DDC wiring diagrams and load calculations.• Coordination, installation of BMS filed peripherals and panels with end to end testing.• Installation and Operation of Fire Override Panels and MCC Panels for Smoke Ventilation system as per Qatar Civil Defense regulation and inspection with a third party for approval.• Testing and commissioning of Smoke ventilation system and staircase, basement parking, Kitchen exhaust as HVAC control engineer.• Startup and troubleshooting for AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Air Cooled Chillers, CCUs for HVAC Brands, Trane, Dunhum bush, Media, Daiken, AUX with necessary Documentation (Electrical and control system only).• Specialized for commissioning and troubleshooting for VRF System brands, Trane VRF, AUX VRV, Media VRV, and Daiken VRF Systems as Control Engineer.• Supervision and execution of power Cable laying and termination with necessary containment installation and support.• All kinds of annual and preventive Maintenance activities
