Ecclesias Extracts is a medicinal hemp processing and testing facility. Also crafting example application products for the hemp oils some examples: tinctures, edible treats, topical applications and more. My Role was to address, resolve, and educate customers through requests and dissatisfaction with account/billing, network/connectivity, devices and technology troubleshooting related to their Verizon account. With approximately 3,000+ phone (voice & text) communications, I maintained a >98% satisfaction rating from customer feedback. I managed this by empathizing with the client and maintaining a helpful, and reassuring, demeanor throughout the call, utilizing and maintaining a mastery of technician resources and empowering clients with information about resources available for autonomous problem solving. Takeaways, lessons I learned that I apply to my work in 2020: Note taking and documenting what procedures were preformed to reach solution are vital when working across a team of technicians. Confidence and skills in relaying information & performing troubleshooting over the phone. When working with people, especially those in distress, its vital to give their situation my whole attention. Its important to me that after working with an individual they walk away confident in the resolution and my role in it.

Worked in a care capacity for a household of 5 men of varying ages (20-60 Y/O), all on an atypical neurology spectrum. Responsibility range including daily meals, medication, assisted self-care, transportation and advocating for individual's needs to direct supervisor. Takeaways from this experience that still effect my work in 2020: Effective on the Job training (Lecture and Shadowing) allows for rapid skill acquisition and integration Working within an incredibly well established organization meant 85% of the work had clearly documented procedures. Procedures should include: observation, diagnosis, step by step process/solution and reporting requirements. For the remaining 15% of situations, it was key to ask and learn from more experienced members of the care team. Their extended experience with our guys meant they had gained key insights for addressing unique behaviors and personality interactions. Last take away: To do my best work, I put my heart into what I am doing.I am truly blessed for the time and experiences I had working with the good people at DSNWK. I hope ever more lessons to reveal themselves in time.
