I've been employed in various hospitality roles ranging from server status all the way to bar and restaurant managing, and also have an academic and observational background in health and exercise in a clinical setting.I have shadowing experience totalling 3 months in my post graduate years in 2 health-based institutions (Urban Body Physiotherapy and NHS Hospital Good Hope, helping Cardiac Rehabilitation Practitioners) on my days off from my full-time employment. During the winter of 2021/22 I was employed on a full-time basis as a ski instructor for the Sun Peaks Sport's School in BC Canada. Simultaneously working for The Sun Peaks Grand Hotel as a support staff member & bartender, both of which I will be returning to for the 2022/23 season.
