In my role as a Signmaker and Designer for Kensigns I am responsible for making sure the Signs i am Designing and Making for our customers meet their satisfaction. I follow the job through from Initial Phonecall, Dealing with the Customer themselves and asking the correct questions to get the information needed to give them a design proof suited to their needs. It then goes onto Design via Gerber Composer, Troop Design or Photoshop. Once the Designs have been done and the customer has made changes or approved them I then start on Manufacturing the Sign they have requested. Another area i am involved in is Printing. I am also responsible for printing high quality large images for Vans or Signs. These require either editing in Photoshop or Troop to be compatible with our Wasatch Rip program. I have to maintain and keep the printers clean and ready for use. This involves basic maintenance and cleaning along with Ink Refills. Other sides to my job are Customer relations and Team work for larger signs and vans we are making or wrapping.
